Antidepressant Skills @ Work: Dealing with Mood Problems in the Workplace

Antidepressant Skills @ Work: Dealing with Mood Problems in the Workplace (AS@W) is a self-care manual developed to provide evidence-based strategies to manage low mood and depression. The guide is not intended as a replacement for, but is complementary to, other treatment such as medication or psychotherapy. Based on the most current research available, AS@W is an effective tool designed to help people who may be experiencing low mood or depression to apply practical strategies to improve functioning, performance and satisfaction.
The manual was developed by BC Mental Health & Addiction Services (BCMHAS), an agency of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), British Columbia, Canada in partnership with the Centre for Applied Research in Mental Health and Addiction (CARMHA), Faculty of Health Sciences, Simon Fraser University.
