Virtual Town Hall: Changing the Conversation in Workplace Mental Health

Employers are interested in strategies on how to create a healthy work environment for all employees, including those experiencing mental health conditions. This is important for many reasons including because people with mental health conditions are represented at the highest achievement levels in all professional fields. This Virtual Town Hall features a panel of three high achieving professionals with mental health conditions sharing their experiences and concrete recommendations for what's needed to develop an organizational culture in which employees with lived mental health experience thrive.

Pulse Survey: Mental Health in the Construction Industry

The Center for Workplace Mental Health, the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), CSDZ, and Holmes Murphy & Associates, are conducting a pulse survey to better understand the needs and experiences of organizations within the construction industry related to mental health issues. The survey is limited to construction industry leaders, managers and supervisors and labor unions/trusts within the industry.
