The research is in, Right Direction Works! Join the APAF Center for Workplace Mental Health on Wednesday, April 20, to hear from Kim Hague, M. Ed., PHR, SHRM-CP, CWP, Director of Employee Wellness at Kent State University, to learn how they combined diverse mental health programming and the turnkey resources available from Right Direction to generate high employee engagement, with marked increases in:
- Outpatient medical utilization
- Greater prescription drug utilization for mental health conditions; and
- Employee assistance program use (referral for behavioral health concerns and over-utilization)
This Virtual Town Hall will feature an in-depth discussion on the actionable strategies KSU used to build their mentally healthy work culture, including employee communications and mental health programming selection.
